With a partner for time:

1000m Run (together)

Then:

10 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

4-8-12-16-20-22-24

Alternating DB Snatch (50/35)

Coach’s Notes: Both partners will run 1000m together then Partner 1 will complete 10 BJO and 4 DB Snatch. Then partner 2 will do the same. Then partner 1 will complete 10 BJO and 8 snatches and partner 2 will do the same. Follow in that fashion until all rounds completed.
