Coach’s Notes: Partners will run together holding a band. Once back inside partner 1 will do 25 DB snatch and partner 2 will do 25 TTB then you both will switch. Partner 1 will do 25 TTB and partner 2 will do 25 DB Snatches. Continue on in that fashion for 2 more rounds.
