Then:

12 Rounds (Alternating)

12 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

*Alternating DB Snatch (50/35, ADV:70/50)

*Reps: 4-8-12-16-20-24

Coach’s Notes: Partner A will Run 600m while Partner B Rows 600m. Partners will then switch. After the run, partners will alternate rounds of BJO and snatches. The reps of snatches increase each round.
