*Add 10 Reps to the Bench Press every round
Coach’s Notes: Partner A will complete the row distance while Partner B does the sit-ups. Both will then switch movements. Once both partners have completed the row and sit-ups they may start to work on the bench press. Only 1 person works at a time on the bench and reps may be split in any way.
