Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
5 Sets:
1:30- 50 Double-unders + Max Air Squats in remaining time
Rest :30
Coach’s Notes: Scale for singles will be 75. The goal is to sprint each round on the squats. Record total Air Squats.
Coach’s Notes: 10 reps total nit alternating. Build over the 4 sets but maintain control. Try and finish slightly heavier than 2 weeks ago.
