Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
Complete a set every 1:30 x 6 Sets (alternating)
Odd sets: 45 Second Calorie Row (damper 10/8)
Even Sets: 10 Bent Over Barbell Rows
Coach’s Notes: Record calories each round.
Coach’s Notes: This month’s skill is focused on strict pull-up strength. Having a stronger strict pull-up translates into almost all other gymnastics movements. 15:00 Cap.
Scoring: Must be strict. no momentum or kip. Advanced athletes can use the weight belt to go heavier. If we are working on banded pull-ups put 0# and in the comment section put the color of the band. If doing a ring Row make a note of foot placement.
