Back Squat (20:00- Build to Heavy Single)

Coach’s Notes: Take as many sets as you need during the 20:00 to build to a heavy 1 rep for the day. If you’re feeling up to it and you can push for a new 1RM. If not, build to something tough for the day.

Fitness
Back Squat (4 Sets: 3 Reps w/ 2 sec. pause)

Coach’s Notes: Use a challenging weight for all 4 sets.
