Deadlift (4,4,3,3,2,2)
Coach’s Notes: Complete a set every 2:00. Alternate between dead stop and TNG. Meaning first set of 4 you will reset at the bottom of each rep. Second set of 4 will be TNG, maintaining tension. Keep the same fashion for the remainder of the sets. Start around 75% of 1RM and build as long as there is no technique breakdown.
