Dropping In?

Looking for a WOD while visiting town? No need to call or email ahead of time. Just show up at least five minutes early to fill out a waiver. If you have a decal with your home Box’s logo we would love to add it to our Community wall. Our drop-in fee of $20 will be collected prior to starting class.

Interval 1: 45 Seconds Max Strict Pull-ups (ADV: Rope Climbs)

Interval 2: 15/12 Calories C2 Bike

Interval 3: 45 Seconds Wall Walks

Interval 4: 15 Box Jumps (24/20)

Coach's Notes: Record total Pull-ups and wall walks. The machine and box jumps should take no longer than 45 seconds. Scale the reps down if needed. Choose one machine for the whole workout.
