Dropping In?

Looking for a WOD while visiting town? No need to call or email ahead of time. Just show up at least five minutes early to fill out a waiver. If you have a decal with your home Box’s logo we would love to add it to our Community wall. Our drop-in fee of $20 will be collected prior to starting class.

Coach's Notes: Use around 80% for all 5 sets. Keep the same weight. Should slightly heavier than last week.
