Dropping In?

Looking for a WOD while visiting town? No need to call or email ahead of time. Just show up at least five minutes early to fill out a waiver. If you have a decal with your home Box’s logo we would love to add it to our Community wall. Our drop-in fee of $20 will be collected prior to starting class.

Performance & Fitness
Back Rack Reverse Lunge (5 Reps each side Every 2:00 x 4 Sets)

Coach's Notes: 10 reps total nit alternating. Build over the 4 sets but maintain control. Try and finish slightly heavier than 2 weeks ago.

Metcon (AMRAP - Reps)

5 Sets:

1:30- 50 Double-unders + Max Air Squats in remaining time

Rest :30

Coach's Notes: Scale for singles will be 75. The goal is to sprint each round on the squats. Record total Air Squats.
